My professional training and life experiences have culminated in a commitment to help individuals cope with the debilitating symptoms of anxiety, panic, OCD, and depression. I am particularly passionate about supporting mothers facing perinatal/postpartum mood and anxiety disorders (PMAD) and families struggling with parenting challenges. In 2001, I earned a master of social work degree from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor. I am a parent (of teenagers!) and a professionally licensed clinical social worker with over 20 years of experience working with children, parents, and families in clinical and school settings.
